Sales & Refund Policy

At Mine Jewellery, every crystal bracelet, jewellery piece, and gifting article is handpicked, quality-checked, and carefully packed before it reaches you. We put our heart into every order.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase with us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. All Sales Are Final

We follow a strict no-return, no-exchange policy. Once an order has been placed and delivered, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Dislike of colour, size, or appearance after receiving the product
  • Natural variations in crystal colour, pattern, or texture (see Section 4)
  • Gifting to the wrong person or ordering the wrong item
  • Delay in notifying us about an issue beyond 48 hours of delivery


We strongly recommend reading all product descriptions, viewing all product photos, and reaching out to us on WhatsApp before placing your order if you have any questions. We are happy to help!

2. The Only Exception — Damaged or Wrong Item

We stand fully behind the quality of our products. The only situation where we will offer a refund or replacement is if:

  • You receive an item that is physically damaged or broken during shipping
  • You receive the wrong product — meaning a different item from what you ordered


To report a damaged or wrong item, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery — no exceptions
  • Send clear photos of the damaged item AND the outer packaging
  • Include your order number in your message


Once verified by our team, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Important: Damage claims reported after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our studio.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp after placing your order
  • If your order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • Approved cancellations will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days


We process and dispatch orders quickly — usually within 1-2 business days. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

4. Natural Crystal Disclaimer

All Mine Jewellery products use genuine, natural crystals sourced ethically. Because these are natural stones formed by the earth, each piece is completely unique and may have:

  • Slight variations in colour or shade compared to product photographs
  • Natural inclusions, tiny marks, or surface irregularities inside the crystal
  • Minor differences in bead size, shape, or pattern between pieces


These natural characteristics are what make each piece one-of-a-kind and are not considered defects or damage. We do not offer refunds or replacements based on natural crystal variation.


If you would like to know exactly what a product looks like before buying, please message us on WhatsApp — we will be happy to send you a live photo or video of the actual piece.

5. Before You Place Your Order

To make sure you are fully happy with your purchase, we encourage you to:

  • Read the full product description carefully — including materials, crystal type, and bead size
  • View all product photos and zoom in for detail
  • Message us on WhatsApp if you want to see a live photo or video of the product
  • Ask us any questions about the crystal meaning, size, or gifting suitability


Our team is always available to help you choose the right crystal product. We want every Mine Jewellery piece to feel perfect for you.

6. Shipping Delays & Lost Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier partner. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the courier or postal service
  • Delays due to incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delays due to public holidays, strikes, or natural events


However, if your order is confirmed lost by the courier (not just delayed), we will work with you to find a resolution — either a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on the situation.


Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of ordering. We are not able to reship orders returned due to an incorrect address without additional shipping charges.
