Shipping Policy

At Mine Jewellery, we carefully pack every order with love and intention before sending it on its way to you. We want your crystal to arrive safely, beautifully, and on time.
Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to all states and union territories across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your pin code, please message us on WhatsApp before placing your order and we will confirm availability.
2. Order Processing Time
All Mine Jewellery orders are handpacked by our team in Jaipur. Please allow the following processing time before your order is dispatched:
- Standard orders: 1–2 business days
- Gift-wrapped orders: 1–2 business days (we take extra care with these!)
- Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday: processed the next business day
Note: Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3pm IST will be processed the following business day.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and the courier partner's network. Remote or rural areas may take 1–2 additional days.
4. Our Courier Partners
We ship with trusted courier partners including:
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- India Post (for remote pin codes)
- Shiprocket network (for express and same-day options)
The courier partner assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and the shipping option selected at checkout. We always choose the most reliable option available for your pin code.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- A WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier name
- An email confirmation with a tracking link (if email was provided at checkout)
You can use the tracking number on the courier's website to track your delivery in real time. If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will help you right away.
6. How We Pack Your Order
Every Mine Jewellery order is packed with care to ensure your crystals arrive safely and beautifully:
- Crystal bracelets and jewellery are placed in a velvet or organza pouch
- A crystal meaning card is included with every order
- Products are bubble-wrapped and placed in a sturdy kraft box or padded mailer
- Gift orders include additional decorative packaging with a ribbon and personalised message card (if requested)
We use minimal, eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible — because we care about the earth just as much as the crystals it gives us.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address, pin code, and phone number before placing your order. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:
- The courier may be unable to deliver and the parcel will be returned to us
- Re-dispatch of returned parcels will attract an additional shipping charge
- We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details
If you realise you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We can update your address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
8. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there are situations beyond our control that may cause delays:
- Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
- Public holidays or courier strikes
- High volume periods such as Diwali, Holi, or festive seasons
- Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations
- Customs or postal inspections (rare for domestic orders)
In case of significant delays, we will proactively notify you via WhatsApp. Please be patient during peak festive seasons — your crystal is on its way!
9. Lost or Damaged in Transit
We pack every order with great care, but occasionally parcels may be damaged or mishandled by the courier. If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and the product immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with the photos and your order number
- We will raise a complaint with the courier and send you a replacement or refund
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or your building security/reception
- Contact the courier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved after 48 hours, contact us and we will investigate
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and pin codes. Please note:
- COD orders may take 1 additional business day to process as we verify the order before dispatch
- An additional COD handling fee of ₹30–₹50 may apply at checkout
- Please ensure you are available at the delivery address to make payment
- If a COD order is refused at delivery, the shipping cost will not be refunded and future COD orders from the same customer may be restricted
