4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
  • Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only during the specified period and cannot be combined unless stated


We use secure, third-party payment gateways to process all transactions. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

5. Orders & Order Confirmation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp from our team.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in the case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
  • If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days
  • Please ensure all order details — including your delivery address and phone number — are correct before placing your order

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across India using trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

  • Standard delivery: 4-7 business days depending on your location
  • Express delivery: available at an additional charge (where applicable)
  • Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation
  • Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold stated on our website


Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email. We are not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels in transit, or delivery failures caused by incorrect address details.


International Shipping: We currently ship within India only. International orders are not accepted at this time.

7. Sales & Refund Policy

All sales at Mine Jewellery are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in the case of a damaged or incorrect item received.
